Job Description:
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects from concept to completion, while ensuring our high standard of architectural excellence. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable designs that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from initial client consultation through to completion.
Develop and review architectural drawings and specifications, using Revit for design purposes.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee project teams and coordinate with other professionals such as engineers and landscape architects.
Supervise construction phases to ensure projects adhere to plans and specifications.
Manage and mentor junior staff, promoting professional development within the team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building regulations and codes.
Engage in proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
A current architecture license.
Minimum of 8 years of commercial architectural experience, specifically with schools, office buildings, hospitals, and high rises.
Proficiency in designing with Revit.
Proven project management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Must have a stable work history.
