Job Brief:
We are seeking a Recruiter to oversee our entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves utilizing various online channels for sourcing candidates, crafting targeted recruiting emails, and ensuring a speedy and efficient hiring process. Your contributions will be key in maintaining our strong employer brand and securing top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Design and refresh job descriptions.
- Source candidates through diverse online channels like social media and professional platforms (e.g., StackOverflow, Behance).
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of top candidates, and assist with job offer communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and referral programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
