Job Description:

As a Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve close coordination with clients, team members, and subcontractors, and you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC and plumbing projects. Ensure project milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor project teams. Ensure team members have the resources and support they need to perform effectively.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet or exceed industry standards and comply with all regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
  5. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and control. Ensure financial objectives are met.
  6. Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications:

  1. Local Candidates Only: Must be based in Sacramento or willing to relocate there.
  2. Stable Work History: Demonstrated stability in previous employment.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management.
  4. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
