Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee mechanical projects, including scheduling, budget management, and change orders.
- Coordinate with building owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Supervise field teams, including pipefitters, sheet metal installers, and HVAC technicians.
- Assist in the planning and executing of special projects, providing hands-on field support when necessary.
- Collaborate with the project management team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Local candidate with a stable work history in the Riverside, CA area.
- Prior experience in the field as a sheet metal installer, pipe fitter, or similar hands-on role.
- Experience in commercial HVAC service, working on piping systems and applied mechanical equipment such as chillers.
- Proven experience in project management, overseeing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, change orders, and client communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate field teams effectively.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, piping, and HVAC applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
