Job Overview
We seek a motivated and experienced Industrial HVAC Sales Representative to drive sales efforts in the Sacramento, CA market. This role will focus on selling high-quality ductwork, sheet metal products, and industrial dust collection and exhaust systems to commercial and industrial HVAC clients. Your expertise will help develop client relationships, provide tailored product solutions, and significantly expand our regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow ductwork, sheet metal, and industrial HVAC system sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, and industrial exhaust and dust collection systems to deliver expert product recommendations and ongoing client support.
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to position products effectively in the marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate product delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial products, with a strong focus on ductwork and industrial exhaust systems.
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including dust collection and exhaust systems, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive sales success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Autodesk Fabrication or similar industry-specific software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on cultivating long-term client relationships.
- A local and stable work history in the Sacramento market is essential.
