  • Develop creative and effective recruitment campaigns tailored to the unique demands of the HVAC and refrigeration markets.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on HVAC and refrigeration roles.

  • Proven track record of successful placements within the HVAC and refrigeration sectors.

  • Deep knowledge of the HVAC and refrigeration industries, including key skills, certifications, and technological advancements.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.

  • Preference for candidates with a stable local work history.

Preferred:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus but not mandatory.
