Overview Join our Las Vegas-based fabrication shop as an HVAC Superintendent, overseeing the production of HVAC sheet metal components and custom products. You’ll lead teams, ensuring top-quality, efficient production while maintaining a safe work environment. Your leadership will drive project success and align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: Implement daily QA plans, address quality issues, and ensure adherence to production standards.
Scheduling & Planning: Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and ensure efficient workflow across multiple projects.
Safety Management: Maintain a clean, safe work environment, coordinating with the Safety Manager on necessary training.
Production Oversight: Manage projects to stay on time and under budget, set team goals, and provide performance feedback.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing, preferably in HVAC.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with time management expertise.
Local and stable work history required.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is a plus.
