Qualifications:
5+ years of demonstrable prowess in commercial HVAC services.
Proficiency in HVAC start-up and commissioning is esteemed.
Acumen in working with BAS controls.
Practical experience with chiller systems.
Possession of EPA certification is a distinct advantage.
Innate ability to troubleshoot, backed by a detail-oriented approach.

Articulate communication skills, both oral and written.
Established residence in or around the Sacramento, CA vicinity.
