Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and system longevity.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and performance data to assess and meet HVAC system requirements.
- Work closely with the service team to provide seamless client communication and coordination, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
- Educate clients on system maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and energy-saving best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and industry best practices to ensure top-tier service.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and industry protocols, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
- Must hold an EPA Universal Certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale commercial HVAC systems, tools, and industry standards.
- Ability to accurately interpret technical data, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proven record of local and stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Must be local to San Diego, CA, or willing to relocate.
