Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and growing sales within the commercial mechanical construction industry. The ideal candidate will deeply understand HVAC systems, duct work, sheet metal products, and related services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend and implement sales and marketing strategies targeting specific regions or demographics.
  • Generate and submit accurate sales reports to management, ensuring all targets are tracked and met.
  • Meet personal and team sales goals while ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements in HVAC systems, duct fabrication, and mechanical construction trends.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, specifically in the HVAC or mechanical construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Autodesk Fabrication.
  • Local and stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to professional growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
