Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales to join our team in Riverside, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with expertise in mechanical construction sales, specifically HVAC systems. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers within assigned territories, focusing on HVAC solutions for commercial mechanical construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to generate and follow up on sales leads, leveraging industry insights to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to strategically approach potential clients and uncover new markets for HVAC solutions.
  • Recommend and implement targeted marketing strategies to penetrate specific regions or demographics within the Riverside, CA area.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry or commercial mechanical construction.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in foundational computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Autodesk Fabrication, and CRM systems.
