Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers within assigned territories, focusing on HVAC solutions for commercial mechanical construction projects.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to generate and follow up on sales leads, leveraging industry insights to identify new sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends to strategically approach potential clients and uncover new markets for HVAC solutions.
- Recommend and implement targeted marketing strategies to penetrate specific regions or demographics within the Riverside, CA area.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry or commercial mechanical construction.
