We are actively seeking a seasoned and local Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation or service. Additionally, applicants should have a proven track record with at least 2 years of estimating experience, familiarity with Bluebeam, and a demonstrated history of success in managing large commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Sales: Lead sales initiatives for commercial HVAC projects, collaborating with clients to comprehend their needs and providing customized solutions.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and a deep understanding of project requirements.
Estimating: Apply estimating expertise to generate accurate and competitive project bids.
Technical Expertise: Leverage a solid background in commercial HVAC installation or service to bolster sales efforts and communicate effectively with clients.
Bluebeam Proficiency: Utilize Bluebeam and other relevant tools for efficient and precise project estimation.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and related materials.
Large Commercial Project Experience: Utilize past experience to navigate and contribute effectively to the success of large-scale commercial projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
At least 2 years of experience in estimating for commercial HVAC projects.
Familiarity with Bluebeam and other relevant tools for estimating.
Proven track record in managing and successfully completing large commercial projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
