Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a seasoned and local Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation or service. Additionally, applicants should have a proven track record with at least 2 years of estimating experience, familiarity with Bluebeam, and a demonstrated history of success in managing large commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Sales: Lead sales initiatives for commercial HVAC projects, collaborating with clients to comprehend their needs and providing customized solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and a deep understanding of project requirements.

  • Estimating: Apply estimating expertise to generate accurate and competitive project bids.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage a solid background in commercial HVAC installation or service to bolster sales efforts and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Bluebeam Proficiency: Utilize Bluebeam and other relevant tools for efficient and precise project estimation.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and related materials.

  • Large Commercial Project Experience: Utilize past experience to navigate and contribute effectively to the success of large-scale commercial projects.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.

  • At least 2 years of experience in estimating for commercial HVAC projects.

  • Familiarity with Bluebeam and other relevant tools for estimating.

  • Proven track record in managing and successfully completing large commercial projects.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Local candidate with a stable work history.
