Job Summary

We seek a dedicated and experienced HVAC Project Sales to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating and a stable work history.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present accurate estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project requirements and scope.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals and bid packages.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices to provide clients with the best solutions.
Qualifications
  • Local to Sacramento, CA, with a stable work history.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using estimating software and other relevant tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
