Job Summary
We seek a dedicated and experienced HVAC Project Sales to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating and a stable work history.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project requirements and scope.
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals and bid packages.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Local to Sacramento, CA, with a stable work history.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using estimating software and other relevant tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
