We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful HVAC project execution. The ideal candidate will be a local resident with a stable work history and significant experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop profitable sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Project Management: Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets client expectations and industry standards.
Estimating and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and sales proposals. Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Client Consultation: Evaluate customer requirements and provide expert advice on HVAC systems and solutions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our services.
Qualifications
Local and Stable Work History: Must be a local candidate with a proven stable work history in the commercial HVAC industry.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
Sales and Estimating Expertise: At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating, with a strong success record.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for estimating and project management, such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
