We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by providing technical sales expertise for our commercial HVAC solutions. The role involves project estimation, sales presentations, contract negotiation, and project management. A successful candidate will possess a solid work history in the commercial HVAC sector, showcasing stability and commitment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, establishing a consistent pipeline of business opportunities for HVAC projects
Prepare, deliver and follow-up on product presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Perform accurate project estimation and proposal development
Execute project management responsibilities, coordinating with all involved parties to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of projects
Collaborate with the service and installation teams, providing insights from a sales perspective and understanding their challenges
Continually update product knowledge and stay abreast of latest HVAC technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
Proven track record in commercial HVAC sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in project estimation and management, preferably within the commercial HVAC industry
Hands-on installation and service experience with large commercial mechanical equipment, including RTUs, chillers, boilers etc.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and commercial mechanical equipment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be local to the Sacramento, CA area
Preferred:
HVAC related certifications
Previous experience working directly in commercial HVAC installation or service role
