Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Reno, NV. This role is ideal for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC project management, including design, estimation, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize technical expertise to guide the design and estimation of HVAC systems.
- Maintain detailed project documentation using tools like BlueBeam and Procore.
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules, utilizing MS Project to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial settings.
- Proficient in using BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale commercial HVAC projects successfully.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Local to Reno, NV, or willing to relocate, with a stable and verifiable work history.
