Overview
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Product Sales Coordinator to join our Thousand Oaks, CA team. This role is critical in driving sales success by providing exceptional customer support, managing product inquiries, and coordinating sales efforts for commercial HVAC systems and components. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, have excellent technical knowledge, and demonstrate a solid commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a superior customer experience throughout sales.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes, proposals, and sales documents tailored to customers' needs in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Act as the primary liaison between sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and timely product delivery.
- Provide technical support to customers by offering detailed insights on HVAC products, including chillers, boilers, duct work, and building automation systems.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads, ensuring consistent customer engagement and meeting sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required. Additional certifications in HVAC systems or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role, focusing on commercial or industrial applications.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools, and familiarity with Bluebeam or AutoCAD for project coordination.
- Demonstrated stable and local work history in Thousand Oaks or the surrounding area is highly desired.
