Role Overview
We seek a motivated and experienced HVAC Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in Ventura, CA. This key role combines leadership, sales expertise, and customer relationship management, focusing on delivering exceptional HVAC solutions to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Develop, prepare, and review accurate quotes, contracts, and sales proposals; ensure prompt responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer service and execution.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and additional certifications or training in HVAC or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in inside sales within the HVAC industry, with a proven leadership and sales success track record.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
