Job Title: HVAC Fabrication Shop Supervisor
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Overview
The HVAC Fabrication Shop Supervisor will lead daily operations in our Las Vegas fabrication shop, overseeing the production of HVAC sheet metal products and custom components. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting project deadlines and budget goals. Your leadership will drive team performance and process improvement in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce daily quality assurance (QA) plans, promptly resolve quality issues, and ensure all products meet established production standards.

  • Manage work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and that staff receive the necessary training.

  • Meet production deadlines while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Provide regular feedback, conduct training, and support team development.

  • Continuously assess operational processes and implement improvements to drive productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; relevant certifications are preferred.

  • 5-10 years of experience in HVAC fabrication or manufacturing.

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with HVAC industry fabrication practices.

  • Local and stable work history required.
