Responsibilities:
Evaluate and enhance system designs for critical facility projects, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Lead technical assessments and engineering studies to support project planning and design-build efforts.
Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring responsive and trust-based communication.
Drive innovation and technical excellence in system engineering, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
Over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management within the realm of commercial mechanical construction, specifically in critical facilities.
Proficiency in utilizing engineering and construction software, including BlueBeam and Timberline, to analyze and optimize system designs.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong focus on strategic planning and effective communication.
Residency in Seattle, WA, or willingness to relocate, supported by a stable and accomplished professional background.
Preferred Skills:
Direct experience with the engineering and management of HVAC & Plumbing systems in data centers, healthcare facilities, and other critical environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of Seattle's local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
