We seek a Cooling Tower Solutions Sales Executive to join our Orange County, CA team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in the commercial mechanical construction industry by driving innovative solutions for cooling tower systems and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and addressing their cooling tower service and maintenance needs.
  • Develop customized proposals for cooling tower solutions, including preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and system enhancements.
  • Perform site evaluations, assess system performance, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Partner with internal teams, including operations and technical staff, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and staying informed on industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven sales success in the cooling tower or HVAC service industry, with a focus on industrial or commercial applications.
  • In-depth understanding of cooling tower systems, HVAC maintenance strategies, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, focusing on client-centered problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Orange County's commercial and industrial markets, including knowledge of local building and mechanical codes.
  • A stable and local work history demonstrating long-term commitment and consistent achievements.
Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation within the HVAC or mechanical construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local Building and Mechanical Codes. 
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
