Job Title: Controls Service Technician
Location: Seattle, WA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Controls Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building automation controls, including installation, service, start-up, and programming. Experience with commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, airports, universities, and labs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, start-up, and program building automation control systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair control systems

  • Perform preventive maintenance on control systems

  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

  • Document all work performed


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in building automation controls

  • Familiarity with installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in commercial buildings

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred)

  • Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications (preferred)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
