Job Title: Controls Service Technician
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Controls Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building automation controls, including installation, service, start-up, and programming. Experience with commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, airports, universities, and labs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Install, service, start-up, and program building automation control systems
Troubleshoot and repair control systems
Perform preventive maintenance on control systems
Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Document all work performed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in building automation controls
Familiarity with installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in commercial buildings
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred)
Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
