- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all project records.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the building automation or controls industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly valued.
- Deep understanding of building automation systems, including HVAC controls, lighting, and security systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building client relationships and negotiating with contractors.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Based in Seattle, WA, or willing to relocate. A stable and solid work history in the industry is preferred.
