Job Title: Controls Assistant Project Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and locally-based Controls Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation controls project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a strong background in the installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in diverse commercial settings, including hospitals, schools, airports, universities, and labs.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assist in the coordination and management of building automation controls projects from inception to completion.

  • AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD for project design, schematics, and documentation.

  • Installation and Service: Oversee and assist in the installation, service, and start-up of building automation control systems.

  • Programming: Contribute to the programming of building automation systems to meet client specifications.

  • Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure project satisfaction.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project details, changes, and milestones.


Qualifications:

  • Local Residency: Based in Seattle, WA.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in building automation controls project management.

  • AutoCAD Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD for project design and documentation.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in various commercial settings.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

  • Certifications: Prefer Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
