Job Title: Controls Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and locally-based Controls Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation controls project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a strong background in the installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in diverse commercial settings, including hospitals, schools, airports, universities, and labs.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Assist in the coordination and management of building automation controls projects from inception to completion.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD for project design, schematics, and documentation.
Installation and Service: Oversee and assist in the installation, service, and start-up of building automation control systems.
Programming: Contribute to the programming of building automation systems to meet client specifications.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure project satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project details, changes, and milestones.
Qualifications:
Local Residency: Based in Seattle, WA.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in building automation controls project management.
AutoCAD Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD for project design and documentation.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in various commercial settings.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Certifications: Prefer Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
