Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of building automation control projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with project teams to oversee the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems in various commercial settings.
Utilize AutoCAD to create, review, and modify project design drawings and schematics as needed.
Provide support in identifying and resolving control system issues as they arise, working to ensure efficient project execution.
Contribute to the documentation and reporting of project progress and results.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation controls project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and reviewing project drawings.
A solid understanding of the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in a range of commercial facilities.
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
Possession of Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications is considered a significant advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
