Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation controls and be proficient in AutoCAD. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing various phases of building automation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Collaborate with project teams to oversee the installation, servicing, and programming of control systems across diverse commercial facilities.
Utilize AutoCAD to design and adjust project schematics to meet specific technical requirements and client expectations.
Address and resolve system issues during projects, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet project deliverables and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with building automation controls, demonstrating strong project management capabilities.
Proficient in AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of building automation systems, including their installation, service, and programming.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4 are advantageous.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective teamwork and client interaction.
Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach.
