The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and resolving project challenges efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential project issues.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Conduct research and prepare statistical reports for project analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a preference for those familiar with mechanical, energy, and plumbing codes.
