Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of comprehensive maintenance programs for an array of refrigeration systems, ensuring they meet industry standards.
Expertly identify and resolve complex issues in both centralized refrigeration racks and individual unit systems, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
Craft and execute innovative solutions for system installations, including designing and implementing piping and support structures.
Harness advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to enhance the accuracy of repair and maintenance activities.
Proactively manage service documentation, maintaining precise records of all maintenance, repair activities, and customer interactions.
Ensure the maintenance of a fully equipped service vehicle, ready for any challenge, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
Cultivate lasting customer relations by delivering unparalleled service and expertise, and effectively communicating complex technical matters in a straightforward manner.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates holding a Technical School Certification in HVAC-R.
A proven track record of at least 5 years in the field, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
Advanced understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and the principles of electricity.
Demonstrated proficiency in the safe handling of refrigerants and adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
An Associate's degree or certification in HVAC-R from a reputable Technical School.
Specific expertise in renowned refrigeration brands and systems, with a focus on innovation and energy efficiency.
