Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Commercial HVACR Operations Manager to lead our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in managing HVACR operations, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate technical expertise in commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HVACR operations, including installation, maintenance, and service activities for commercial and industrial clients in the Seattle area.

  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project managers, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and objectives, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the HVACR division.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all HVACR operations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implement improvements, and report on key performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the HVACR division.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in HVACR operations management, focusing on commercial and industrial projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVACR systems and equipment.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
