Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of HVACR operations, including installation, maintenance, and service activities for commercial and industrial clients in the Seattle area.
Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project managers, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and objectives, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the HVACR division.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all HVACR operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
