Responsibilities:
Perform installations, servicing, repairs, start-ups, and commissioning for a wide range of HVAC systems, including but not limited to large tonnage units, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and air handling units.
Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional interactions.
Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues with a strong focus on problem-solving.
Maintain precise service documentation and accurate job records.
Comply with all safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Residency in Portland, OR, with a reliable work history.
EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
A clean driving record is essential.
Demonstrated experience in servicing and repairing large-scale HVAC equipment.
Skilled in working both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Skill Sets:
HVAC factory-level training and certifications are highly desirable.
Experience with large projects in environments such as educational institutions, data centers, labs, and commercial buildings.
In-depth knowledge of the installation, start-up, commissioning, and repair of major HVAC equipment, including chillers and large package units.
