Job Description:

The Commercial HVAC Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, delivering sales presentations, and closing new business deals. You will work closely with clients, understanding their HVAC needs, providing accurate estimates, and offering the best solutions for their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

  • Cultivate new relationships while managing and growing existing customer relationships.

  • Generate HVAC project leads, prepare sales proposals, and deliver high-quality presentations.

  • Provide accurate HVAC system estimates and specifications for customers.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, competition, and HVAC industry trends.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a local resident of Las Vegas, NV.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Proven track record of hands-on HVAC installation and service experience.

  • Recent experience in HVAC project estimating.

  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, installation, and repair.

  • Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and manage accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
