Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Automation Controls Sales Engineer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will be local, possess a stable work history, hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and have advanced sales and engineering experience, preferably in building automation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the building automation industry.

  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that leverage our building automation products and services.

  • Prepared and delivered technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions' feasibility and successful implementation.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Proven track record of stable work history.

  • Advanced sales and engineering experience in building automation; candidates with experience in the mechanical side will also be considered.

  • Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls, and related technologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Local to the Seattle area.
