Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, identifying and aligning their needs with our innovative building automation solutions.
- Leverage your deep technical understanding to provide consultative sales guidance, ensuring clients are educated on the value and benefits of our services.
- Actively prospect and qualify leads, converting them into lucrative business opportunities.
- Craft comprehensive and accurate estimates covering labor, materials, and other project-specific requirements.
- Develop and present persuasive proposals, highlighting the unique selling points of our solutions and their alignment with client needs.
- Leverage prior hands-on experience in installation, start-up, and commissioning to guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

- Participate in local industry events, tradeshows, and seminars to expand the company's reach and reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A solid foundation of 7+ years in the building automation sector, with hands-on experience in installation, start-up, and commissioning.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate project costs regarding labor, materials, and other associated expenses.
- Proven track record in sales, with a knack for identifying and converting potential opportunities.
- Deep-rooted understanding of the technical intricacies of building automation systems.
- Stable work history reflecting consistency, growth, and achievements.
- Residency in or around San Diego, CA, or a willingness to relocate.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a flair for building and nurturing relationships.
