Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive building automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee the technical aspects of building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security, from design through maintenance.
Develop detailed project plans, manage resources effectively, and coordinate efforts to meet or exceed project goals.
Mentor and develop project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the building automation or related field, with a strong emphasis on project management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or building automation systems are highly regarded.
Must be locally based in Seattle, WA, with a stable and proven professional track record.
