Position Summary
The Building Automation Controls Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and completing BAS projects in various commercial settings. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of building automation control systems and exceptional project management skills.
Location
Seattle, WA. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage BAS projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Utilize your technical expertise to oversee the implementation of building automation control systems for commercial HVAC equipment.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Liaise with clients, providing them with regular project updates and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate project documentation for internal tracking and client reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Familiarity with building automation control systems for commercial HVAC equipment.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication and organizational skills.
