Position Summary

The Building Automation Controls Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and completing BAS projects in various commercial settings. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of building automation control systems and exceptional project management skills.

Location

Seattle, WA. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage BAS projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to oversee the implementation of building automation control systems for commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, providing them with regular project updates and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for internal tracking and client reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Familiarity with building automation control systems for commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication and organizational skills.
