Job Title: BAS Senior Account Manager
Location: Seattle, WA

Overview

The BAS Senior Account Manager interfaces with customers to manage Support Agreements, provide sales assistance and parts quotes, manage small projects, and participate in energy analytics assessments. This role may also manage subcontractors and suppliers. Financial responsibilities will increase with tenure.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Sales-to-Ops turnover meetings and set up new agreements.

  • Conduct SA kick-off meetings and schedule visits on the SA Master Load Calendar.

  • Ensure execution of SA visits, quoted and T&M work, and emergency site visits.

  • Prepare customers and technicians for site visits and maintain service records.

  • Provide service documentation to customers and respond to emergency requests.

  • Review financial reports, conduct audits, and meet with management on SA financial status.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience.

  • Experience with Building Mechanical Systems and Controls.

  • Account or project management experience.

  • Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage stress.
