Assistant Project Manager - EcoStruxure™ Power Operation

Location: Reno, NV

Job Description

We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a focus on EcoStruxure™ Power Operation for Critical Facilities, to join our team in Reno, NV. In this role, you'll be instrumental in deploying and overseeing the EcoStruxure™ Power Operation software—formerly known as EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation—across our electro-intensive projects. Your efforts will ensure our projects are at the forefront of energy management, embodying efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and management of EcoStruxure™ Power Operation software within critical infrastructure projects, optimizing for energy efficiency and reliability.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate energy management solutions into our broader building automation and control systems seamlessly.

  • Provide specialized support and expertise in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the EcoStruxure™ Power Operation system.

  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits, developing strategies to reduce energy consumption and enhance sustainability.

  • Oversee project timelines, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure clear communication with all project stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on the latest in energy management technologies, sustainable practices, and relevant regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience with EcoStruxure™ Power Operation or equivalent energy management systems, especially in settings with high electrical demands.

  • A solid foundation in energy efficiency methodologies, renewable energy solutions, and green building practices.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Proficiency in technical software tools, including Bullhorn and its ecosystem, for optimal project management.

  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration across project teams and with stakeholders.

  • A passion for innovation, continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies in energy management and sustainable construction.
