Job Summary
We seek results-driven HVAC Sales to identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and generate sales for our HVAC products and services in the San Francisco region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC sales, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and the drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Research and generate new sales leads within the HVAC industry.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Recommend targeted marketing strategies to reach specific customer demographics.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Support customers in ensuring they meet their project deadlines with high-quality HVAC solutions.
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience (HVAC industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with industry-specific software like Autodesk Fabrication is a plus.
