Position Overview

We seek a skilled BAS Controls Tridium Programmer with extensive experience in Tridium’s Niagara 4 (N4) platform. This critical role involves programming, configuring, and commissioning building automation systems for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and commission building automation systems using Tridium’s Niagara 4 platform.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure systems meet client specifications and operate seamlessly.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, offering real-time expert solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in building automation and Tridium technologies to ensure our offerings are at the industry’s cutting edge.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide technical guidance, conduct system demonstrations, and deliver training as required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all projects, including logic diagrams, sequences of operation, and as-built drawings.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for new projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BAS controls programming.
  • Mandatory N4 Certification.
  • Expertise in designing, programming, and troubleshooting building automation systems using the Tridium Niagara 4 platform.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment and professional growth.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through training and industry workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with other building automation systems and protocols.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading project teams.
