Utility Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Utility Account Manager to support our clients and engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Enter monthly utility bills into our web-based software
  • Conduct basic utility bill energy analysis (review bills, check units, understand rate schedules)
  • Collect monthly occupancy data from clients and enter it into spreadsheets
  • Become proficient in our utility management software
  • Maintain client relationships and set up new client accounts
  • Run quarterly client energy efficiency reports
  • Maintain project timelines using project management tools

Qualifications

  • Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in ENERGY CAP Software is a plus but not required
  • High proficiency in Excel, including data entry, formulas, and data manipulation
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Passion for energy efficiency and excellent client support
  • Strong time-management skills
