Job Title: Senior HVAC Sales & Support Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior HVAC Sales & Support Manager to join our dynamic Las Vegas, NV team. In this role, you'll serve as key clients' primary point of contact, driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities:
  • Managed and grew relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to meet client-specific HVAC needs.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, process orders, and manage sales using CRM software.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HVAC inside sales, key account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical certifications related to HVAC (e.g., EPA, NATE).
  • Experience working with HVAC manufacturers, distributors, or in a technical sales environment.
Location & Work Environment:
  • This position is based in Las Vegas, NV, in an office setting with occasional site visits as needed. You'll work closely with clients, internal sales teams, and technical support to ensure seamless service and sales growth.
