Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC and sheet metal sectors.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate quotes and contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
- Work closely with project management, fabrication, and technical teams to deliver seamless service and solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales goals.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; further education or certification in HVAC, sheet metal, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC and/or sheet metal industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and related services.
- Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, with a stable work history.
