Job Overview
We seek an experienced and results-driven Sheet Metal Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Las Vegas market. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals within the HVAC and sheet metal industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC and sheet metal sectors.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate quotes and contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
  • Work closely with project management, fabrication, and technical teams to deliver seamless service and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; further education or certification in HVAC, sheet metal, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC and/or sheet metal industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and related services.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, with a stable work history.
