This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automation systems, overseeing cutting-edge SCADA and PLC technologies' design, programming, and troubleshooting. You will lead projects from concept to completion, delivering robust automation solutions for various industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and maintain SCADA systems using AVEVA System Platform and Ignition to deliver seamless automation solutions.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using structured text, function block diagrams, and ladder logic for systems such as Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and Modicon PLCs.
- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems, providing on-site technical support and ensuring seamless integration with client operations.
- Create HMI applications, perform SQL scripting, and develop custom dashboards for enhanced user interaction and system monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution, aligning deliverables with client requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience in industrial automation.
- Proven expertise in SCADA systems, particularly AVEVA System Platform (OMI, HMI, Application Server) and Ignition SCADA.
- Strong background in PLC programming (Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric systems).
- Familiarity with automation software tools such as Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, and EcoStruxure Control Expert.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial automation environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- A local and stable work history is required.
- Automation Platforms: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Modicon PLCs, EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation (EPO).
- Software: AVEVA System Platform, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, Ignition SCADA.
