Job Title: Rockwell/Schneider Electric Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE

Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric platforms. This position offers the opportunity to lead the development and execution of advanced automation and control systems for industrial and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SCADA/PLC systems, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and implement SCADA/PLC systems, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Manage the programming and development of PLCs, including Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and Schneider Electric Modicon, using tools like Studio 5000 and EcoStruxure Control Expert.
  • Oversee configuration and deployment of SCADA platforms such as AVEVA System Platform, Ignition SCADA, and FactoryTalk View SE for comprehensive system visualization and control.
  • Conduct on-site system commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure functionality and performance exceed client expectations.
  • Coordinate across technical, operational, and client teams to monitor project milestones, resolve technical challenges, and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development with platforms like Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, and Inductive Automation.
  • Proficiency in methodologies, including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagrams.
  • Familiarity with advanced tools like Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, and EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation.
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex automation challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Local candidates with a stable and reliable work history are strongly preferred.

  • PLC Systems: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, Schneider Electric Modicon.
