Responsibilities:
Develop and refresh job descriptions for roles within the mechanical engineering and related fields.
Leverage industry-specific job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry conferences to source qualified candidates.
Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit with our company culture.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and streamline the recruitment process.
Implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract passive candidates and develop a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Preferred Skills:
Proven track record of recruiting in the mechanical industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's roles and qualifications.
Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and managing candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and negotiating offers.
Strategic planning abilities, with experience in creating and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation in the mechanical sector's hiring landscape.
