Job Title: Plumbing/HVAC Senior Project Manager
Location: Honolulu, HI

Summary

We seek a highly experienced Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial and military construction projects, including work on military bases, hospitals, schools, and high-rise buildings. This role requires a local candidate with a stable work history and at least 15 years of project management experience in the commercial mechanical construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all phases of plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project and ensure adherence to project timelines.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

  • Utilize advanced project management software, such as Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) to optimize project planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent field experience will also be considered.

  • At least 15 years of project management experience in commercial and military construction projects, specifically within the plumbing and HVAC sectors.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects on military bases and in other complex environments such as hospitals and high-rise buildings.

  • Proficiency in project management and design software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • A local and stable work history is a must.
