Job Title: Plumbing Sales/Assistant Project Manager

Summary:
We seek a highly motivated Plumbing Sales/Assistant Project Manager with a robust understanding of commercial plumbing, specifically tenant improvement and special projects. This role suits candidates with a strong construction management or mechanical engineering background and a passion for sales, estimating, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales strategies, prepare estimates, and engage with clients to secure projects.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
Apply advanced plumbing skills and knowledge to manage and troubleshoot project-specific plumbing needs.
Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for project planning and execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Prior experience in commercial plumbing, especially in tenant improvement and special projects.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid preferred.
Core Competencies:
