We are seeking a skilled plumbing project manager in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing plumbing activities for new multifamily construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate plumbing activities for multiple multifamily construction projects.
Supervise superintendents and ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain and manage inventory of onsite materials.
Ensure compliance with all required inspections.
Verify layouts and installations for slabs, rough-ins, top-outs, and trim.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience managing multifamily or commercial plumbing projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing installation and technical aspects.
Proficiency with Blue Beam and Procore software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
