Plumbing Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled plumbing project manager in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing plumbing activities for new multifamily construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate plumbing activities for multiple multifamily construction projects.
- Supervise superintendents and ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain and manage inventory of onsite materials.
- Ensure compliance with all required inspections.
- Verify layouts and installations for slabs, rough-ins, top-outs, and trim.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience managing multifamily or commercial plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation and technical aspects.
- Proficiency with Blue Beam and Procore software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
