Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of commercial plumbing projects.
- Engineering Tasks: Perform engineering calculations, create project drawings, and contribute to design processes.
- Construction Software: Utilize construction management software, including Bluebeam and other industry-standard tools, to support project documentation and coordination.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet project specifications.
- Budget Management: Support budget tracking and management activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and correspondence.
- Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving engineering and construction-related issues as they arise.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide project updates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a commercial project engineer in the plumbing construction industry.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with construction management software, with proficiency in Bluebeam and other industry-standard tools.
- Construction Knowledge: Understanding of commercial plumbing construction processes and practices.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
