Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of various piping systems, including HVAC, plumbing, industrial piping, and medical gas systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Piping Foreman and other trades to ensure timely, within budget, and specification-compliant installations.
  • To execute precise and efficient installations, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct site evaluations to identify the best installation approaches, anticipate challenges, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area ensures tools and materials are efficiently managed.
  • Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and other teams to optimize workflow and installation processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in piping installation, with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, and industrial piping systems.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex installation challenges.
